Smaller than before the War due to the spike in temperature, this lake was somewhat close to a bomb dropped on wrong coordinates. It's much safer than the crater, but the creatures are no more friendly than the rest you'll find. Watch out, that 5 eyed fish might just be eying you for dinner as well.
